Do you want to learn more about how you can make public spaces safer for children and young people?

Join The Children’s Society for our #LookCloser learning sessions aimed at businesses in the above sectors.

We all have a role to play in preventing child exploitation. The effects of child exploitation are felt throughout society – from child sexual exploitation, criminal exploitation and ‘county lines’, to modern slavery and human trafficking. Businesses often sit at the heart of these communities.

On the Prevention Programme, we work with business partners – from local business owners and high street retailers, to multi-national companies – to develop innovative ways of tackling child exploitation, in all its forms.

More and more business are joining us in the fight to prevent the harm of young people. Learn how the private sector can help, from working with councils and police to make high streets safer; training staff to spot the signs of exploitation; to developing corporate partnerships and bringing corporate social responsibility to life.

Preventing Child Exploitation is Everyone’s Business Tickets, Wed 16 Mar 2022 at 14:00 | Eventbrite

The session is free of charge and will be delivered via Microsoft Teams. There is limited spaces available on this session, so please sign up at earliest opportunity to guarantee your place.
